This may mean that we pass on your name, address and telephone number to a 3rd party supplier when arranging theses goods and services. By signing the Application Form you are giving your consent to this.
If you have supplied medical information as part of the grant application process, this will be securely destroyed by the Charity once the application has been considered by the Trustees and a decision has been made.
When your application has been supported by another Individual on your request, we may approach the Supporter to verify the application.
An applicant can request the removal of their personal information anytime after the application has been processed and the data is no longer required by Dibden Allotments Fund.
